Introduction

These policies are designed to ensure a high-quality learning experience and a fair, organized system for both students and teachers.

1. Access & Technical Requirements

• Lessons are conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or Google Classroom.

• Students must ensure:

  • A stable internet connection.

  • Working audio and video tools (microphone, headphones, camera).

  • Access to an Arabic keyboard (physical or online).

2. Scheduling Policy

• Students may choose suitable lesson times.

• The institute assigns teachers based on availability.

• Changing lesson times may result in a change of teacher.

• After payment, the agreed schedule cannot be changed until the paid hours are completed.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

• Lessons start at the scheduled time.

• If a student is more than 10 minutes late, the lesson is considered canceled.

• If a teacher is more than 10 minutes late, the lesson is considered canceled.

4. Cancellation Policy

Students studying 3–4 times per week or 12+ lessons per month:

• Max 2 cancellations per month allowed.

• Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance.

• In emergencies, 2 hours notice is accepted.

5. Teacher Absence

If the teacher is absent, the student will be compensated with a replacement lesson.

6. Study Suspension

• Students may suspend studies for valid reasons.

• Suspension period must not exceed two weeks.

7. Communication Policy

• Direct communication outside official platforms is prohibited.

• All issues must be directed to management.

8. Student Conduct

• Respect teachers and classmates.

• Maintain polite communication and follow classroom rules.

9. Assessment & Progression

Students must achieve at least 65% to progress to the next level.

10. Privacy & Content Policy

• Recording lessons without permission is prohibited.

• Course materials are for personal use only and sharing is not allowed.

11. Group Study Policy

• Groups consist of 2–3 students.

• No compensation for absence in group classes.
